Broadway Blend
This is a special blend which includes medium and dark roast Arabica coffees from Colombia, Guatemala and Costa Rica. The base coffees are peak roasted medium dark (the oils just break the surface of the bean out of the roaster). We then add
a fine dark roast Colombian. Characterized by its rich flavor and aroma, Fine body and medium acidity, this blend is a real crowd pleaser and makes for an excellent all day house blend with more than a nuance of the finest coffees of the European tradition.
Cape Horn Blend
One has to circumnavigate the globe to acquire all the superb components of this outstanding blend: Kenya AA and Ethiopian Yirgacheffe from Africa, Papua New Guinea from the Pacific Rim and the finest Colombians from South America. The Papua New Guinea's superb rich, smooth flavor and touch of nuttiness become the jumping off point for a complex blend. The Colombians provide broad flavor and exceptional balance. Kenya AA add their distinctive flavor, hallmark
wineyness and bright acidity. These coffees are roasted medium dark. But the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, roasted rich and dark, is the focal point of the blend. Good Ethiopians provide some of the most rewarding coffee drinking experiences to those fortunate enough to procure them. These Yirgacheffes are special - their intense flavor and character, though mellowed, bravely shine through their deep, dark roast. Highly aromatic and complex, the unique flavor profile of this blend is truly exceptional.
Danube Kaffee

Crafted from the finest coffees with extraordinary attention to detail, the result is an intensely aromatic, richly flavorful cup, with exceptional body and depth. Danube Kaffee blend includes a rich array of coffees including Estate Costa Rican, Sumatra and Kenya AA, brought to the perfect shade of Vienna roast. To bring further complexity and smoothness to the blend, we then blend just the right quantity of Dark roasted Sumatra, adding the final layer of richness.
Dark Velvet Blend
This blend includes three outstanding originss: Kenya AA, Colombian Supremo and Java Estate. Select Colombian Supremo is the anchor for the blend: Medium to full bodied with rich
flavor and medium acidity, an extremely well balanced coffee. Additional fine character and complexity are provided by the Kenya AA: Winey, medium to full bodied, high acidity, boasting a very distinctive flavor- one of the worlds most prized coffees. To finish this blend and to round it out is the addition of a select Java Estate coffee. These Javas have exceptional full body, are rich in flavor and very, very smooth with a slight smoky flavor and a hint of spice. "Dark Velvet" makes for a truly outstanding every day house blend that is not overpowering and provides a greatly satisfying coffee experience to people of all levels of coffee appreciation. The roast is "Seattle" style dark. Our dark roast coffees are skillfully brought to peak level, illuminating the rich, mellow dark tones, but never "burning" the coffee.
El Mundo Nuevo
Coffee grows exclusively in the earth¹s tropical zones - between the Tropic of Cancer and the Tropic of Capricorn. This blend is comprised completely of fine "New World" coffees from Central & South America's prime growing regions: Select Colombians, genuine Antigua¹s from Guatemala, and Costa Rican coffee from the famous Tarrazu region. Although roasted dark, the blend is snappy, bright and vibrant with fine acidity and medium to full body. The dark tones are abundant and very rich.
StarLight Blend
Sporting a somewhat lighter shade roast, this blend highlights all the full, rich flavor spectrum of the superb coffees from which it is composed, including distinctive nuances in flavor and acidity often lost in darker roasts. Kenya AA, Sumatra and Colombian together form a hearty, full bodied, richly flavorful and winy coffee that will win over the most discriminating palate.
